Parking at the Park

In order to identify vehicles belonging to Skylake residents, hanging tags are required when parking at the park. Each household is eligible for a single parking tag.

Vehicles that cannot be identified as belonging to a Skylake resident will be towed at the owner's expense.
If there is extenuating circumstances, such as a a party at your home, please contact the board prior to the event to avoid any issues.
To receive a tag, please submit a Request for Parking Permit or email the Board.

Sky Lake Library

Is now open! Back in January during the 2020 Annual Meeting, a POA member inquired about the possibility of a community library to share children's books, as well as appropriate adult books.

The library was designed and built by The Furniture Farm. Skylake resident Maggie O'Connor is the owner/designer of The Furniture Farm. Please be sure to check out some of Maggie's other work at www.THEFURNITUREFARM.COM.

Sidewalks & Streets

With so many of residents out walking, it’s important the sidewalks are well maintained and don’t become a safety hazard. Due to the age of the community, there are some sidewalks that are in need of some attention. The city maintains the sidewalks and streets within Skylake. Residents can report a sidewalk or street that is need of repair by calling or emailing the Public Works Department.
